Each actual package purchase receives its own Booking ID.

That means you can see how many sessions were purchased, how many have been used, how many remain, how much has been paid and whether the package is active, nearly due for renewal, used up or expired.

Renewing the same tutoring package does not overwrite the previous record.

STUDENT PROGRESS & PARENT REPORTING

Record goals, topics covered, progress observed, areas needing more work, homework/practice and the next focus.

The system also provides a clean Parent Report View for one student, so you can review or share relevant progress information without exposing your entire business workbook.

PAYMENTS & CURRENCIES

Record what each client was supposed to pay, what was actually received and what remains outstanding.

The system keeps NGN, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD and other configured currencies separate.

Optional converted summaries are shown only when you deliberately provide exchange rates.
