Educator & Partner Policies
Ambassador Terms
These terms govern participation in the Knovia Ambassador Programme operated by Bookbloom LLC. They apply in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The programme is available where we offer it; features may vary by launch configuration.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Programme Nature
Ambassadors are independent referrers who promote enrolled educator products for a commission. You are not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Bookbloom LLC or Knovia LTD. You have no authority to bind Knovia or any educator, and you are not entitled to employee benefits.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active Knovia account (buyer and/or educator, as the application flow allows) with no active enforcement that blocks programme participation. We may refuse applicants for sanctions, fraud, prior abuse, or other risk reasons. Country of residence may affect fee currency and payout options.
3. Registration Fee
Where a registration fee applies, the amount, currency, and renewal schedule are shown at application / payment time. The fee is typically charged on approval or as otherwise stated in-product and is non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly waive it.
4. Application and Approval
Applications typically require legal name, country of residence, contact details, primary promotion channels, a short promotion plan, and agreement to these Terms. Optional fields (reach, profile links) may be requested. We aim to review within a few business days. Approval is at Knovia's sole discretion and may be withdrawn under Section 11.
5. Enrolled Products
Approved ambassadors may browse products educators have enrolled for affiliate promotion. Each enrolled product typically shows title, price, commission terms, and tools to copy a referral link. That view is for ambassadors, not the public marketplace catalogue.
6. Referral Links and Attribution
Referral links are issued by the Platform (unique per ambassador and, where applicable, per product). Attribution is generally cookie- or similar-tech based for a limited window (commonly about 30 days). Last qualifying click typically wins. Exact window and mechanics are as implemented on the Platform and described in the Cookie Policy where relevant. We may invalidate attribution obtained through fraud or policy abuse.
7. Commission
Commissions are educator-funded: paid from the educator's earnings at a rate the educator sets per enrolled product (within ranges allowed by the Platform). Knovia's transaction fee is not reduced by ambassador commission unless we expressly state otherwise.
Commission usually becomes payable only after the related sale confirms under Platform rules (including refund-risk and delivery holds where applicable). If a sale is refunded, charged back, or voided, related commission may be reversed or clawed back from your pending balance, wallet, or future earnings.
8. Payout
Confirmed commissions settle to an ambassador wallet and may be withdrawn using the same payout infrastructure, minimums, fees, and holds described in the Payout Policy, except where these Terms or in-product rules state a programme-specific difference. Open clawbacks or investigations may block withdrawals.
9. Ambassador Tools
Where enabled, your dashboard may include performance metrics (for example clicks, conversions, commissions), wallet balance, enrolled-product browsing, referral link tools, and sharing helpers. Metrics are operational estimates and may be adjusted for fraud, refunds, or corrections.
10. Conduct
You must:
- Disclose your commercial relationship when promoting products (as required by applicable advertising law).
- Not make false or misleading statements about products, educators, or Knovia.
- Not spam or send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of law or Platform rules.
- Not manipulate attribution (self-purchase, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, incentivised fake traffic).
- Not impersonate educators or Knovia staff.
- Comply with privacy and advertising rules in your jurisdiction (including NDPA where it applies) and with our Privacy Policy when you handle personal data.
11. Suspension and Revocation
Suspension: Ambassador privileges may be paused. Confirmed commissions are generally still paid subject to clawbacks and holds.
Revocation: Ambassador status may be permanently removed. Pending (unconfirmed) commissions may be forfeited. You typically have a 14-day appeal window via appeals@knovia.co unless the notice states otherwise. Serious fraud may justify immediate revocation without prior notice.
12. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for declaring ambassador earnings and paying applicable taxes. Bookbloom LLC / Knovia does not withhold, calculate, or remit tax on your behalf unless required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Ambassador Terms follow the governing-law and dispute provisions of the Terms of Service.
